Creative Production & Customer Service Co-Ordinator

A busy and fast growing International gift, stationery and lifestyle company, based in Loughton, Essex are looking for a Creative Production and Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a really difficult role to define as we basically need a third musketeer to work with Sarah and her PA to grow and develop this division of the company and move into managing this section as you progress. We would like some customer service and administration experience (in any industry) as well as a commercially bright and switched on person but training will be given for the right person.

This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenge and offers great progression prospects (you will be taking over from someone who has been promoted!) for the right person who is ambitious, loyal and ready to hit the ground running - our success is your success!

(Please note, this isn’t a quiet little local job for someone looking to cut back, this is a highly pressured and involved role that requires commitment and drive to succeed.)

Comfortable using technology with great computer skills (Mac / Adobe illustrator / photoshop preferred but training will be given on software and machines)

Please note Overtime at seasonally busy periods, travel and overnight stays will be required throughout the year.

Your Role…

Accurate and high quality production of personalised orders

Juggling a heavy and varied workload, re-prioritising throughout the day and responding to situations as they arise.

Overseeing and updating our e-commerce stores

Packing and Despatch of online Orders

Producing personalised items to a high standard and finish

Quality checking all orders before despatch

Responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely and polite manner, within our company guidelines, ensuring all of our customers have a wonderful experience

Working with Adobe software to edit templates

Contributing to the Creative Process including product development, photography, marketing campaigns and social media in line with company guidelines

Overseeing quality control, customer service and internal KPI's to ensure standards are met as we grow

Overseeing the Production office, stock levels and ensuring everything runs smoothly and trouble shooting any issues.

Liaising and negotiating with couriers, suppliers and service providers

Monthly reporting / updates with the management team - you will be working closely with the directors and their PA to assist with the growth and smooth running of this department.

General Administration

Other jobs as they come up! (we are a small friendly, and very busy! team and everyone pitches in and helps with everything!)
