We are looking for Christmas Elves! 

Production Assistant (Hurley Central, Loughton, Essex, UK)
 
A small, friendly creative stationery, craft and gift company, based in Loughton (five minutes from the High Road) are looking for a Production Assistant to join our small friendly team for Christmas! (with the potential for permanent career prospects for the right person!)

We are looking for someone to start with us ASAP and stay with us until the end of December. A permanent role will be considered for the right person.

Your Role…

Assisting the Production Team with the Production of personalised orders
Packing and Despatch of online Orders
Producing personalised items to a high standard and finish
Quality checking all orders before despatch Responding to customer queries in a timely and polite manner, ensuring all of our customers have a wonderful experience
Updating online systems Working with Adobe software to edit templates
Managing and coordinating a busy workload
General Administration
Other jobs as they come up! (we are a small friendly, and very busy, team and everyone pitches in and helps with everything!)
After training we will expect you to take charge of your own orders and ensure the whole process is correct from start to finish.

 

You will be…

Hard working and willing to pitch in and get involved in all aspects of the company
Able to work under pressure and in sometimes stressful situations, think on your feet and use your initiative and prioritise a very busy and varied workload
Organised with excellent attention to detail and bags and bags of common sense
Positive, cheerful and friendly with a great telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Have a great work ethic
Flexible, reliable, loyal and trustworthy
Someone who will treat the offices and team members in a respectful way
Comfortable using technology with great computer skills (Mac / Adobe illustrator / photoshop preferred but training will be given on software and machines)
A huge dog lover (must LOVE dogs)
Ability to make a good cup of tea appreciated ;)

Creative Office Assistant (Hurley Central, Loughton, Essex, UK)
 
A small, friendly creative stationery, craft and gift company, based in Loughton (five minutes from the High Road) are looking for a Creative Office Assistant / Production trainee to join our small friendly team. This position will be based at Hurley Central, our second office, with one of the directors and the Production Team (though you may occasionally be asked to work at Hurley HQ, our home office 5 mins away with Sarah and her PA)

This role offers great progression prospects (you will be taking over from someone who has been promoted!)

Your Role…

Assisting the Production Team with the Production of personalised orders
Packing and Despatch of online Orders
Producing personalised items to a high standard and finish
Quality checking all orders before despatch
Responding to customer queries in a timely and polite manner, within our company guidelines, ensuring all of our customers have a wonderful experience
Updating online systems
Working with Adobe software to edit templates
Managing and coordinating a busy diary and workload
Contributing to the Creative Process including product development, photography, marketing campaigns and social media in line with company guidelines
Overseeing quality control, customer service and internal KPI's to ensure standards are met as we grow
Overseeing the Production office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and trouble shooting any issues.
General Administration

We are looking for someone to work with Sarah to develop and oversee our current and future business within the USA. We are looking for someone with experience in Craft, Stationery, Gift or a related creative industry with ambition and hunger to grow their own area in a fast growing company.
 
You will be
